1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from MiNT Window Cleaning ("MiNT," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MiNT Window Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services in the state of Utah. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our discretion.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our website. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
4. Access to Property
Customer agrees to provide MiNT reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date. If access is not available at the time of arrival and no advance notice was given, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee. In the event an account is moved to collections, the client is responsible for all collection agency fees and related costs.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at no additional charge.
7. Limitation of Liability
MiNT Window Cleaning will take all reasonable precautions while performing services. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, or surrounding surfaces
Damage caused by windows or frames that are improperly installed, aged, or structurally compromised
Incidental or consequential damages arising from our services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Insurance
MiNT Window Cleaning maintains appropriate general liability insurance for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
9. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from MiNT Window Cleaning related to your appointments, service updates, and occasional promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.
11. Modifications
MiNT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
